Pyroelectric Properties of Bismuth Borate BZBO Single Crystals

Pyroelectric properties of orthorhombic Bi2ZnB2O7 (BZBO) crystals were investigated by using the charge integration method. The primary and secondary pyroelectric coefficients BZBO found to be 6.4 −6.5 µC/(m2·°C), respectively. performance was evaluated different figure merits (FOMs), where possessed relatively high current responsivity Fi (10.38 pm/V), detectivity Fd (11.31 × 10−5/Pa1/2). In addition, temperature dependent behaviours FOMs studied from 15 °C 155 °C; decrease with increases in temperature.
